🪙CapitaLand China Trust (YTD: +4.17% | 5D: +2.74%)25 Aug – CapitaLand Commercial C-REIT received CSRC approval to register for its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, targeting RMB2.1b via 400m units. 🪙CapitaLand Ascott Trust (YTD: +1.72% | 5D: +2.31%)27 Aug – Completed the acquisition of three rental housing properties in Osaka and Kyoto for JPY4b (S$34.2m). Expected FY2025 NOI entry yield of 4% versus 0.4% exit yield from a prior divestment.
