From my point of view, SoFi (SOFI) is being underestimated, and I see two major catalysts on the horizon that could send the stock price significantly higher.

First, in the short term, I'm expecting a strong quarter. The company has already reached profitability, and I think they're going to deliver another "beat-and-raise" earnings report. If they show strong numbers, it will prove their growth story is on track and should bring in a wave of new buyers.

Second, the bigger play is its potential inclusion in the S&P 500. This is the real "golden ticket." Now that they've met the profitability criteria, it's a matter of when, not if. The moment that announcement hits, every index fund and ETF that tracks the S&P 500 will be forced to buy the stock. That's a massive, automatic, and sustained inflow of capital.

For me, the combination of a strong earnings beat and the inevitable S&P 500 inclusion looks like the perfect storm for a major breakout.
