1. $Twilio(TWLO)$ soared 11.64%

Twilio stock rose after the communications software maker reported third-quarter earnings and revenue that topped estimates and hiked its full-year revenue outlook. The share buyback program and acquisition of AI identity platform Stytch added to investor optimism.
