Weekly: Wing Tai, Reclaims, AU8U, Audience, DBS, PSC, CY6U & Jumbo directors raise stake

Over the five trading sessions, 60 director interests and substantial shareholdings were filed. Across close to 50  primary-listed stocks, Directors or CEOs reported six acquisitions and seven disposals, while substantial shareholders recorded four acquisitions and four disposals.

1. $Wing Tai(W05.SI)$

Wing Tai Holdings chairman and managing director Cheng Wai Keung continued to build his deemed interest in the company, through his spouse Helen Chow acquiring shares. From Nov 7 through to Nov 13, Mr Cheng increased his deemed interest in the leading real estate developer and lifestyle retailer by 360,000 shares. He maintains a 62.19% total interest in the company, up from 61.64% at the end of 2024.  

2. $Reclaims Global(NEX.SI)$

On Nov 10, Executive Director and CEO Tan Kok Huat acquired 150,000 shares at an average price of S$0.399 per share. This increased his direct stake from 33.52% to 33.62%. Mr Tan has been Executive Director since October 2018 and CEO since September 2021, responsible for the Group’s strategy and project execution.

3. $CapLand China T(AU8U.SI)$

On Nov 6, CapitaLand China Trust non-executive independent director Chua Keng Kim acquired 50,000 units at an average price of S$0.79 each. This followed Mr Chua buying 500,000 units at S$0.79 between Oct 30 and Nov 5 and takes his total interest to 0.03%.

4. $Audience(1AZ.SI)$

Between Nov 6 and 7, Audience Analytics chairman and managing director William Ng acquired 201,100 shares, increasing his total interest from 83.71% to 83.80%. Since Aug 26, he has increased his interest in Catalist-listed stock from 83.58%.

5. $DBS(D05.SI)$

On Nov 6, UOB deputy chairman and CEO Wee Ee Cheong acquired 150,000 shares at an average price of S$33.76 per share. This raised his direct interest to 0.37%, and total interest from 10.85% to 10.86%. His previous acquisition on the open market was on May 7 with 100,000 shares acquired at an average price of S$34.48 per share.

6. $PSC Corporation(DM0.SI)$

On Nov 7, Executive Chairman Sam Goi Seng Hui acquired 150,200 shares at S$0.39 apiece. This increased his direct interest from 82.94% to 82.96%. On September 11, the mandatory conditional cash offer by UOB-Kay Hian, on behalf of Dr Goi, for all PSC Corporation shares closed with 39.56% valid acceptances, bringing his aggregate holdings to 82.94%. 

7. $CapLand India T(CY6U.SI)$

On Nov 7, Aberdeen Group pls increased its deemed interest in CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) from 6.96% to 7.05%. The 1.2 million units were acquired at S$1.22 apiece. This followed Aberdeen Group plc emerging as a substantial shareholder and subsequently crossing the 6.00% threshold in July.  

8. $Jumbo(42R.SI)$

On Nov 11, Kuang Ming Investments increased its substantial shareholding of Jumbo Group above the 11% threshold from 10.95% to 11.01%. Thios followed Kuang Ming Investments increasing its substantial shareholding above the 10% threshold on Sep 16.
