Yet insiders are buying shares into weakness. That’s classic horizon mismatch. Analysts cut estimates, traders de-risk, insiders underwrite cycle, cash flow, domestic steel demand, autos, infrastructure, onshoring. Price action shows fragile positioning, momentum flush, volatility expansion. Still +22% y/y tells me structure isn’t broken.
