I added to my Apple position following BofA Securities’ reaffirmation of a Buy rating with a $325 price target. Analysts remain bullish due to steady App Store momentum, robust capital returns, and Apple’s long-term AI leadership potential. App Store revenues reached $8.6 billion in Q1 2026, up 6.8% YoY, while total iPhone and iPad downloads grew 1.5% YoY to 8.9 billion. Although revenue growth is the slowest in nearly three years, I see this as a temporary moderation, with Apple’s ecosystem and innovation pipeline continuing to support sustainable long-term returns.
