I believe the next logical step is for Tesla and SpaceX to merge, Subject to board, shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Back-of-the-napkin math:
Tesla: $1.75T
SpaceX: $1.25T
Combined valuation: $3T
Both Tesla and SpaceX shareholders receive shares in a new parent company, let’s call it Xshire.
Tesla shareholders owns 58% ($1.75T) of Xshire, SpaceX shareholders owns 42% ($1.25T).
