$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ We just need BTC and the crypto market to go up, and the rest will be history. Regarding stable coin rewards, if an agreement is made with the banks to reduce but not eliminate rewards, it will be a net positive for coin. Stable coin adoption will continue due to the payment (money transfer) fee advantage, and coin will retain more funds. So, I do not know why analysts are making such a big deal about the clarity act. Coin will win regardless.
