I'm going to be voting NO on $AES Corp(AES)$ buyout. They sold out to BlackRock based on one of the lowest stock prices in the last 8 years (in June 2025) i.e. just after Liberation Day sell off. And if anyone puts a in motion to get rid of the c-suite and board then I'll vote YES.
