Dr. O’Connor will be based at the Company’s project development hub in Western Australia and will support advancement through EnviroGold’s Rapid Deployment Pathway toward commercial partnerships and full-scale deployment.

Dr. O’Connor brings over 30 years of experience in hydrometallurgy, process development, and project delivery at the feasibility stage, with a specialized focus on complex ore systems and legacy tailings. He holds a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from Curtin University in Perth, Australia, and has led numerous projects through the full lifecycle from technical evaluation to pilot execution and commercial development.

This appointment strengthens the Company’s ability to translate technical successes into commercially viable projects, supporting the progression of qualified opportunities toward licensing and deployment.

Dr. O’Connor’s expertise in defining process flowsheets, managing pilot-scale execution, and delivering feasibility study outcomes aligns closely with the Company’s goal of accelerating project timelines through a structured commercial pathway.
