AI Economy is Booming!
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!
1
$Alphabet(GOOGL)$ chart is what happens when a search monopoly keeps reinvesting into new profit pools instead of standing still.
Search funded the empire, YouTube expanded attention, Android protected distribution, Cloud built enterprise relevance and AI is now the next layer of the compounding story.
2
The memory cycle has so much pricing power right now that $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ & $Micron Technology(MU)$ are reporting gross margins that look more like software:
• Sandisk: 78% gross margin
• Micron: 74% gross margin
What happens when inference demand turns memory into a bottleneck layer of AI economy.
3
Trainium is becoming the key to the $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ story with over $225B in commitments, Trainium2 sold out & Trainium3 nearly fully subscribed.
The bigger shift is AWS now bringing in more Trainium chips than $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ chips on a unit basis giving Amazon more control over inference costs.
4
$Apple(AAPL)$ said “memory costs will drive an increasing impact” on the business beyond the June quarter.
Apple is one of $Micron Technology(MU)$largest customers and $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ benefits from the broader NAND pricing power Apple just validated.
