$NEBIUS(NBIS)$  This company is really impressive. Every concern I had is being addressed, even better than I imagined.

My initial concern was the high cost of GPUs for AI data centers. However, the older GPUs are still performing and will continue to generate revenue for many years, so that concern is gone. Furthermore, Nebius has access and is a preferred provider, getting first dibs on the newer hardware. Concern gone.

My next worry was water usage, but with closed-loop cooling, that's gone. The new GPUs also require less cooling, so that concern is gone too.

Then there was the issue of electrical supply straining the grid and potentially raising prices for the surrounding area. They're using hydrogen fuel cells—no noise, no emissions, no grid dependency. It's a bit more costly, but concern gone. It's gotten to the point where the thought of a data center near my house wouldn't bother me, as long as it wasn't an eyesore. Concern gone.

Regulations and restrictions? Concern gone. Financing? Now there are several avenues, like using contracts to secure loans, larger down payments, and equity in other businesses like ClickHouse. Cash flow is increasing dramatically. Concern gone. Their ability to deliver on what they promised? Concern gone.

This company is firing on all cylinders; there's hardly an obstacle in sight. I'm in this for at least the next 3-4 years. My expectations are so high I won't even say them out loud. Cheers.
