Weekly: 5UF, BSL, OU8, H13, BQF, 1J5 & BTJ directors see Huge Acquisitions
Over the five sessions, 120 director interests and substantial shareholdings were filed for around 50 primary-listed stocks. Directors or CEOs reported 16 acquisitions and five disposals, while substantial shareholders recorded 10 acquisitions and three disposals.
1. $Aspial Lifestyle(5UF.SI)$
Non-Executive Chairman, Koh Wee Seng, has increased his direct stake in Aspial Lifestyle, acquiring a total of 2,108,300 shares between 18 and 21 May at an average price of approximately S$0.419 per share.
This lifted his direct interest from 9.94% to 10.06%, with his total interest increasing from 80.78% to 80.87%.
The company has also launched an equity fund raising to raise gross proceeds of approximately S$84.8 million, comprising a private placement and preferential offering priced at S$0.402 per share, representing a discount of approximately 8.1% to the prevailing volume-weighted average price.
2. $Raffles Medical(BSL.SI)$
Chairman Dr Loo Choon Yong has increased his direct stake in Raffles Medical Group, acquiring 522,000 shares at S$0.95 per share on 18 May 2026. This lifted his direct interest to 252,445,223 shares, with his total interest now representing 56.31% of the company.
3. $Centurion(OU8.SI)$
Non-Executive Director and Joint Chairman, Han Seng Juan, has increased his direct stake in Centurion Corporation, acquiring 247,800 shares at S$1.46 per share on 18 May. This lifted his direct interest to 15.36%, with his total interest now representing 44.36% of the company.
4. $Ho Bee Land(H13.SI)$
On 20 May, Executive Chairman Chua Thian Poh’s deemed interest increased following market purchases of 50,000 shares by his spouse and 93,600 shares by Ho Bee Holdings (Pte) Ltd, for a combined 143,600 shares at approximately S$2.03 per share. Following these transactions, his deemed interest increased from 75.72% to 75.74%.
5. $XMH(BQF.SI)$
Chairman and Managing Director, Tan Tin Yeow, has increased his stake in XMH Holdings acquiring 119,100 shares across transactions on 15 May and 18 May 2026 at approximately S$2.27 per share, lifting his interest from 66.05% to 66.16%.
6. $Hyphens Pharma(1J5.SI)$
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Lim See Wah, has increased his stake in Hyphens Pharma International, acquiring 280,000 shares across transactions on 18 May and 19 May, at an average price of approximately S$0.322 per share. This lifted his total interest from 47.90% to 47.99%.
7. $A-Sonic Aero(BTJ.SI)$
Chief Executive Officer Janet LC Tan increased her direct stake in A‑Sonic Aerospace through open market purchases of 175,000 shares at a weighted average price of approximately S$0.581 per share between 12 May and 15 May 2026.
This lifted her direct interest to 66,338,000 shares, representing 65.87% of the company. The increase consolidates her majority stake alongside ongoing share buybacks by the company.
