$Navitas Semiconductor Corp(NVTS)$

A little over a year ago, I noticed Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) when it was trading like a penny stock down around $5. It felt like a bit of a speculative play at the time, but the thesis made sense: their next-gen Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) power chips dramatically improve energy efficiency and thermal management. With power-hungry AI servers and storage infrastructure scaling up globally, it was clear that the massive energy demands of data centers would eventually lift the entire power management sector. Because it felt speculative, I didn't give it major attention; I simply bought tiny 10-share tranches along the way, systematically using Tiger cash vouchers to score roughly 30% off on each purchase.

Fast forward to today, and that quiet thesis has absolutely exploded, with NVTS rallying over 520% to trade above $31. The stock has been heavily driven by its strategic evolution into high-power markets, specifically its partnership with Nvidia to support next-generation 800V DC AI factory architectures—highlighted by their revolutionary 800V-to-6V power delivery board that eliminates traditional intermediate converters to hit 97.5% peak efficiency. The bitter-sweet reality is that because I kept it on autopilot, I barely have a full lot size in my position today. While my voucher-optimized cost basis is fantastic, it's a classic reminder of the cost of missing out on high-conviction scaling. I’m currently keeping a close eye on the charts, waiting for a healthy technical pullback to finally load up properly and scale this up to a full lot size.
