Why I'm Bullish on Oracle ($ORCL)

Oracle has quietly evolved from a legacy database company into one of the world's most important AI infrastructure providers.

My bullish thesis:

• AI infrastructure is the new growth engine. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is becoming a preferred platform for AI workloads, with demand still exceeding available capacity.

• Massive contracted demand. Oracle has built one of the largest remaining performance obligation (RPO) backlogs in enterprise software, providing strong long-term revenue visibility.

• Strategic AI partnerships. Oracle is deeply embedded in the AI ecosystem through partnerships with OpenAI, Stargate, Nvidia, AMD and others. If AI spending continues, Oracle sits at the center of the buildout.

• Mission-critical software. Oracle's databases and enterprise applications remain deeply embedded in governments and Fortune 500 companies, generating sticky recurring cash flows that fund future growth.

• A company transforming itself. Oracle is no longer just defending a legacy business—it is building one of the largest AI cloud platforms in the world.

The biggest risk? Heavy AI infrastructure spending has increased debt and pressured free cash flow in the short term. If AI demand remains strong, today's investments could become tomorrow's competitive moat.

Bottom line: Oracle isn't just participating in the AI revolution—it is becoming one of the companies supplying the picks and shovels.
