$SK hynix(SKHY)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ It's interesting to see the market separating NAND-only companies from diversified memory players. Kioxia just lost its patent lawsuit against $Viasat(VSAT)$ , and its stock dropped 16% immediately. That also triggered a sharp selloff in the Nikkei, sending it down as much as 6% amid widespread margin calls.

Viasat has also been in a patent dispute with $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ , Kioxia's technology partner, since last year. SanDisk and Kioxia have been jointly developing and manufacturing NAND in the same fabs for over 25 years, making theirs one of the world's longest-running memory joint ventures.
