$IBM(IBM)$ The "Tale of Two Cities" scenario for IBM seems to be playing out. The current view is that we're seeing a temporary delay in Q2 business, not lost business.
At the same time, the stock continues to look oversold, as if it's already pricing in the downside.
If IBM holds its FY projection, free cash flow, and positive narrative, there could be significant upside after the earnings release on 7/22/26.
