It looks like the worst potential worries are now priced in for ORCL.

The stock doesn't seem to be reflecting any revenue from OpenAI deals, any potential earnings beats next month, or any future reduction in Capex spending, which is what the market really wants.

We've seen this play out before with META. The market punished the stock after its high Capex announcement, only for it to recover months later when they scaled back those spending plans.

I think $Oracle(ORCL)$ 's co-CEOs might follow a similar path and announce a reduction in Capex spending. Given how much the stock has been sold off, there's a chance it could climb back toward the $200 level.
