$IBM(IBM)$ $Micron Technology(MU)$ The first components for ASML's next-generation chipmaking tool have arrived at the New York State Nano Tech Complex, which is the only facility of its kind in North America. Each of these tools costs around $400 million, and they're essential for producing advanced processors going forward as chipmakers continue to shrink the atomic-scale features on chips. IBM, Micron, and Tokyo Electron are partners at this facility.
