The AI arms race is nowhere near finished. Hyperscalers are competing for leadership, which means sustained spending on data centers, GPUs, networking, memory, storage, and power.
The key question isn't necessarily who spends the most, but where that capital is ultimately directed. That money is flowing into the companies building the foundational layer for AI: GPUs and accelerators, high-bandwidth memory, AI networking, data center and cloud infrastructure, and power and cooling solutions.
From my perspective, it makes sense to focus on businesses with clear, direct exposure to this multi-year capex cycle, where revenue growth is tied to tangible customer demand rather than just hype.
The build-out of AI infrastructure still feels like it's in the early stages.
