turnaround is no longer just a headline. The numbers are starting to prove it.

The print:

Revenue: $16.13B vs $14.45B est. (+25% YoY)

EPS: $0.42 vs $0.22 est.

Gross margin: 41.8% vs 39% guide

A massive beat across the board.

AI demand was the biggest driver. Data Center revenue jumped 59%, operating income surged to $2.5B. Foundry revenue grew 31%, while losses narrowed significantly.

The guide is what caught my attention:

Q3 revenue midpoint: $16.3B vs $15.2B est.

EPS guide: $0.38 vs $0.28 est.

Gross margin expected around 42%.

Intel didn't just beat expectations. They showed the recovery is gaining momentum.

18A progress, stronger yields, and rising AI compute demand are changing the narrative.

$Intel(INTC)$  is back on the watchlist.
