$Oracle(ORCL)$ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seems to be taking a different approach to building data centers compared to AWS and Microsoft Azure. Instead of the traditional model of constructing massive custom facilities from scratch, OCI is using a highly standardized, prefabricated construction method. The idea is that data centers become modular blocks that can be replicated pretty much anywhere in the world, which apparently lets them move faster than their competitors.
