Formula Systems (NASDAQ:FORTY) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $782.4 million, a record level and a 29.8% increase year over year, with higher operating income and shareholder earnings from continuing operations.

The company’s results were presented on a continuing operations basis excluding former subsidiary Sapiens, with operating income increasing 41.3% to $71.6 million and net income attributable to shareholders rising 163.7% to $23.3 million.

For the first half of 2026, Formula Systems reported revenue of $1.52 billion, up 24.4% year over year, while operating income increased 53.3% to $153.7 million, including a $16.6 million capital gain from dilution of its stake in affiliate TSG.

Excluding the TSG gain, first-half operating income was $137 million, up 36.7%, while net income from continuing operations attributable to shareholders increased 105.5% to $42.3 million on the adjusted basis.

Formula Systems reported consolidated cash and short-term deposits of $864.5 million and total equity of $1.66 billion as of June 30, 2026, while confirming compliance with all debenture covenants.

The company’s board declared a cash dividend of $1.63 per share, totaling approximately $25 million, payable on October 6, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 22, 2026.
