NVIDIA remains the clearest beneficiary of the AI infrastructure cycle. Strong demand, improving margins and continued hyperscaler spending support the long-term thesis, although the stock is approaching resistance and short-term momentum is becoming stretched.
Salesforce is perhaps the more interesting turnaround story. Its earnings beat, stronger guidance and expanded Anthropic partnership suggest AI is moving beyond infrastructure and into enterprise applications. If Salesforce can prove that AI is accelerating revenue growth rather than simply protecting its moat, the recent re-rating could have further room to run.
That said, I wouldn’t chase the spike. With RSI elevated across many names, consolidation would actually be healthy. The key question now is whether fundamentals can catch up with the price action.
