They also approved a final dividend of 10.3 cents per share, comprising a core dividend of 7.0 cents and a value realisation dividend of 3.3 cents.</p>\n<p>Re-elections of Directors Lee Theng Kiat, Tan Tze Gay, Yong Ying-I and Dinesh Khanna were endorsed. A directors’ fee cap of up to 4.9 million Singapore dollars for FY2027 received 99.88% approval.</p>\n<p>KPMG LLP was re-appointed as external auditor for FY2027, with 99.79% of votes in favour.</p>\n<p>Under special business, investors renewed the general share-issue mandate (91.71% support), authorised continued use of the Singtel Performance Share Plan 2012 (98.38% support) and renewed the share-purchase mandate, enabling the company to continue its up to 2.0 billion Singapore dollar buyback programme (99.75% support).</p>\n<p>All votes were taken electronically, with Impetus Corporate Solutions Pte.
