Strong data with VK is likely, but not guaranteed.
At this point, a lackluster outcome only seems possible under two conditions: either the PK data collected years ago had errors, or there was some idiosyncratic element in the 2024 phase 2 that made this molecule look strong when it's really just TZap-equivalent.
Otherwise, modeling from the phase 2 efficacy data projects very strong performance.
And tolerability from Vanquish is excellent, though titration is slower. That part I'm confident about.
