$Fermi Inc.(FRMI)$ Jensen Huang of $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ said over the weekend that OpenAI achieved AGI with the new Astra launch. That makes powering data centers even more necessary. This AGI milestone, along with upcoming new leases and the Tier 1 guarantor for the $6.5 billion lease already signed with TensorWave, bodes well for both near term and long term price appreciation of FRMI.
