$iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF(IGV)$ $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ IGV/QQQ keeps showing better relative-strength signals, with absolute RSI/momentum back above the 50 level and trend momentum steadily improving since late June. That said, the ratio is still stuck below several layers of overhead resistance, including the .1528-.1541 area and the more significant January 2026 resistance cluster near .1582. Momentum does suggest Software is gaining sponsorship relative to the Nasdaq, but the ratio hasn't reclaimed the levels that marked the stronger leadership regime from the start of 2026. So the current setup supports improving relative strength, though it would need to see more price acceptance through that resistance ladder before confirming a more durable IGV leadership shift.
