  • Talga Group executed a non-binding letter of intent with EAS Batteries for European graphite anode supply.

  • The agreement establishes a framework targeting a binding five-year supply contract by July 2027.

  • The strategic partnership aims to supply high-performance graphite anodes for custom large-format cylindrical cells.

Talga Group (ASX:TLG) executed a non-binding letter of intent with German battery manufacturer EAS Batteries to supply high-performance graphite anode materials.

The agreement builds on past technical evaluations by establishing a structured framework for product testing and qualification.

"These attributes are increasingly underpinning procurement policies in Europe and elsewhere, especially those companies serving industries such as defence and aerospace. We look forward to working with EAS towards a potential offtake agreement," said Talga Group CEO Martin Phillips.

The two companies plan to finish product testing before negotiating binding terms for a five-year supply agreement targeted for execution by July 2027.

Following the announcement the Talga Group share price was unchanged at $0.26.

The company is developing its fully permitted Vittangi Anode Project in Sweden to supply green battery materials.
