$Intel(INTC)$ CEO Tan has been playing it very conservative when it comes to press releases, IFS customer announcements, public events with Trump, and similar things. Not self-hyping is probably the smart move here, since that approach helps keep the extreme volatility in check. It also builds credibility.
What it likely means is that when Tan eventually gets more aggressive with product, service, and customer announcements along with raised guidance, the market will believe him and the stock will fly.
This stock is ridiculously cheap based on everything we know about AI demand right now and where Intel fits in.
