SPCX& ASTS: Who is the King in the SPACE?

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!

1

President Trump calls Elon Musk “one of the greatest tech founders” as speculation around a $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$and $SpaceX(SPCX)$ merger builds.

There are now 62% odds of the two companies merging before 2028.

2

$AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ now officially trades under 10x 2028 price to sales while

$SpaceX(SPCX)$ is moving to acquire nationwide low band spectrum that AST had also been pursuing.

What makes this interesting is SpaceX is validating how scarce D2D spectrum really is while AST already holds long term access to lower mid-band through Ligado.

I think folks are too focused on AST losing a potential spectrum deal rather than what its existing spectrum rights could be worth as SpaceX pushes deeper into market.

That’s why I still don't think this is a zero sum market and I added more to my position today because I believe there is room for both to win. Time will tell.

Elon Musk is calling out India’s richest man and chairman of telecom giant Reliance Mukesh Ambani sarcastically calling him the “real boss of India.”

Musk wants $SpaceX(SPCX)$ Starlink to compete in India arguing more competition would bring internet access and opportunity to millions.

$AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ CEO Abel Avellan says its satellites can tune to ~1,000 MHz of spectrum held by U.S. carriers alongside AST’s own 45 MHz of L band spectrum.

The difference is $SpaceX(SPCX)$ is buying spectrum to compete with carriers while AST is using their existing networks to expand coverage.
