$CIFR DIAGONAL 261016/261120 PUT 16.0/PUT 14.0$

1️⃣ Why am I making this trade now?

With CIFR dumping over the past three weeks alongside a sector-wide AI infrastructure drawdown, I am adjusting my capital allocation to stay in the game without taking on unnecessary downside exposure. Opening/rolling into this $16.0/$14.0 diagonal debit spread allows me to maintain a tight bullish posture closer to the current price action at a very manageable net cost ($1.60 debit).

It's always darkest before dawn in high-beta tech plays. While short sellers are coming from every angle, the underlying thesis—that power availability is the bottleneck for AI and CIFR owns prime Texas power capacity—remains untouched. This trade keeps me positioned for a violent mean-reversion squeeze once the convertible shorting pressure subsides.

2️⃣ What’s my plan from here?

What I'm watching: Daily short sale volume, post-offering stabilization in CIFR shares, and technical momentum indicators (RSI divergence on the daily chart).

When I'll hold/add: I will let this position run as a low-cost, defined-risk vehicle. If the stock establishes a higher-low structure over the next few weeks, I can roll the short strike upward to capture more delta.

Reassessment trigger: A sustained breakdown below key macro support levels on heavy volume, or further dilution announcements that alter the long-term share structure.

That power bottleneck thesis sounds early. If utilization is still around 65% and ramp keeps lagging, the squeeze case is doing a lot of work here.
