$Intel(INTC)$ This sell-off was mostly margin calls and stop-loss selling out of South Korea. Now that those are out of the way, large institutions will likely start picking up shares at cheaper levels. They did something similar when a certain over-leveraged hedge fund got squeezed out. Once the dust settled, things started climbing again.
