Neo-Concept International (NCI) : A Scam Pump And Dump !
Neo-Concept International Group Holdings will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Hong Kong on October 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on consolidating class A and class B ordinary shares at a board-selected ratio between 2-for-1 and 400-for-1.
The initial consolidation would take effect by December 31, 2026.
A separate proposal would authorize further share consolidations over two years, each at a ratio between 2-for-1 and 500-for-1.
Those further consolidations would have a cumulative 500-for-1 cap, excluding the initial consolidation.

- doozi·10-21 14:22That two-year follow-on authority is the bigger issue here, basically a blank check on reverse splits. How is that not a direct hit to minority shareholder rights?1Report
- LisaEffie·10-21 14:222-for-1 to 400-for-1 is absurd. Giving the board that much room over two years screams governance risk1Report
