屋頂漏水，Gutter堵了，怎麼辦？
在美國，屋頂漏了，天窗外牆漏水了，門窗進水了，地基下沉了，這些基本都是雨水導致的。
屋頂的Gutter排水溝，就是用來排雨水的。
雨水造成的排水管Gutter堵了，overflow了，這個是特別常見，也特別容易被忽視的問題。
當你的房子屋頂漏水、地下滲水，地面出現傾斜，家裏的門自動的開關，門框窗框斜45度角出現了裂痕，這一系列問題出現的時候；
第一件事就是檢查排水溝Gutter。
檢查的重點，是在下雨的時候，看排水溝Gutter裏的水排到哪裏，房子周圍有沒有水坑和大量的積水，正常排出的水離房子應該有4-6尺的距離。
排水溝Gutter如果發生overflow之後，水會沿着外牆流到地基下面，把地基下面的土給泡軟了。這會造成地基下沉。
所以，定期檢查清理排水溝Gutter十分重要。
