Sembcorp Industries has announced that subsidiary Sembcorp Utilities has signed separate nonbinding memoranda of understanding with Canadian nuclear power engineering services AtkinsRéalis and fellow Mainboard-listed company ST Engineering.
Under the MoU with AtkinsRéalis, the companies will share knowledge and perspectives on nuclear energy technologies and industry developments, including technical, safety, regulatory, economic and commercial considerations. The companies will also explore collaboration opportunities in the nuclear energy sector.
