Market Chatter: Mapletree Investments Mulls Singapore Listing in 2027
Mapletree Investments, a Singapore real estate group owned by state investment firm Temasek, is exploring a potential domestic listing in 2027, The Business Times reported, citing sources.The company has hired banks and advisers to prepare for the proposed IPO. Mapletree sponsors three listed REITs: Mapletree Logistics Trust , Mapletree Industrial Trust and Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust , the report said.The development comes after merger discussions between Mapletree and CapitaLand Investment failed to result in a deal, according to the report.Mapletree Investments did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
