尊芯智能科技獲數千萬元天使輪融資，聚焦半導體AMHS全產業鏈
松果財經獲悉，據36氪消息，近日，“尊芯智能科技”已完成數千萬元天使輪融資。本輪融資由深圳同創領投，協立資本跟投，募集資金將主要用於三個方面：AMHS系統中Stocker的研發及量產準備、OHT天車系統的研發和海外佈局。
據瞭解，尊芯智能科技成立於2020年，是一家半導體晶圓廠設備公司，專注於AMHS（自動物料搬運系統）的生產、研發和銷售。AMHS是能夠直接影響半導體晶圓廠中物料搬運效率的核心繫統之一，通過部署AMHS系統能夠提高先進工藝晶圓廠大規模量產效率。
消息稱，今年2月，尊芯智能科技正在籌備成立韓國分公司，計劃將產品供應到海外。2023年，尊芯智能科技將完成AMHS系統的所有硬件及軟件研發。並於2024年，計劃向上層搭建軟件架構，將MCS系統延伸到MES系統。
