威馬上海銷售公司連遭訴訟，1.3億財產被判凍結

1月3日，天眼查顯示，近一個月以來，威馬新能源汽車銷售（上海）有限公司新增多個財產保全裁定書。文書顯示，上海形家廣告設計有限公司、崑山建邦汽車銷售服務有限公司等五家公司請求法院查封、凍結威馬公司共計約價值1.3億元財產。法院認爲該申請符合法律規定，裁定執行。 而就在幾日前，對於其中7652萬元財產被凍結的案件，威馬汽車也向媒體記者表示，暫無具體信息可對外透露。 接連不斷的壞消息背後，是威馬生死攸關的時刻。威馬披露的招股書顯示，在2019-2021年間，分別淨虧損41.45億元、50.84億元和82.06億元，三年合計虧損136億元。截至2022第一季度，威馬賬面現金及現金等價物總值僅有36.78億元。若是按照此前每個季度約虧損11億元的速度，威馬撐不過一年了。 但在產品、渠道、技術紛紛失利的情況下，威馬還是迎來了新的國資入股，2022年12月20日，天眼查顯示，威馬汽車科技(四川)有限公司註冊資本由1.7億元增至5.2億元，股東行列新增安投集團，其實控人爲綿陽市安州區國有資產監督管理辦公室。 不過，立足當下，資金續命依舊不再是威馬最核心的問題了，在沒有產品更新的情況下，即使有一次性的資金介入，也無法長久維持。當前唯一能拯救威馬的，或許只有成功上市，獲取大量融資，重新盤活整個研發、銷售渠道，方能脫胎換骨，走出困境。
