30億，四川攀枝花市綠色低碳產業基金成立

投資界-解碼LP消息，3月28日，攀枝花市綠色低碳產業發展股權投資基金中心（有限合夥）正式掛牌成立。產業基金募集規模30億元，存續期8年（其中：投資期5年、退出期3年），採用認繳制，首期募集5億元。今後根據全市產業發展需求和市場容量，逐步擴大募資規模。 產業基金按照“政府引導、市場運作、循序漸進、防範風險”原則投資運作。運作方式包括股權方式直接投資項目（企業）或採用“母子”基金模式。基金重點投資綠色低碳產業，包括釩鈦資源綜合利用、新能源、新材料、現代製造、現代農業、文化旅遊等戰略新興、高端成長型產業，支持產業鏈條整合和完善，重大技術成果轉化。基金出資人根據產業基金投資業務開展需要，按認繳比例同步到位資金。按照“利益共享、風險共擔”原則，約定收益處理和虧損負擔方式。產業基金存續期滿後終止，並在各出資人監督下組織清算。 獲取更多LP資訊，來👉VC情報局 https://vc.pedaily.cn/lp/index
