苹果充值退款被“秒拒”
近期，有用户在黑猫投诉【投诉入口】平台反馈，未成年人在苹果充值了游戏，退款时苹果官方甚至不经审核，直接秒拒。除此之外，大量用户反馈涉及退款问题，苹果直接推脱至软件方。
目前，苹果应用商城收到投诉共计19516，回复率接近0。
