秦創原兩鏈融合基金設立，5億元
投資界消息，3月29日，由省財政廳主辦的陝西省政府投資引導基金支持重點產業鏈投資峯會成功舉辦，灃西集團投資公司下屬灃西基金聯合陝西金資基金管理公司共同發起設立的秦創原兩鏈融合基金正式簽約，並落地灃西新城，爲秦創原創新驅動平臺建設注入創投新動能。
秦創原兩鏈融合基金是全省首個冠名“秦創原”的兩鏈融合投資基金，由金資基金、灃西基金作爲雙管理人共同管理，規模5億元，主要投向秦創原創新驅動平臺新能源、新材料、裝備製造等新興產業。此次簽約是灃西新城再次與省屬投資機構合作，積極踐行“兩鏈融合”戰略，紮實推進秦創原創新驅動平臺建設的又一重要舉措。
秦創原兩鏈融合基金旨在充分發揮西鹹新區和中國西部科技創新港作爲秦創原創新驅動平臺總窗口的定位功能，充分利用秦創原總窗口的科教資源優勢，發揚交大、西工大等高校教授的創業精神，推動“政產學研用金投”有機結合，使科技成果與企業需求實現高效結對，使創新產品與市場需求實現無縫聯接，破解產業鏈“痛點”，打通創新鏈“堵點”，支持“兩鏈”融合發展，投資賦能更多優質科技創新項目，爲秦創原建設貢獻創投力量。
