溫州設立50億預製菜產業投資基金

投資界消息， 3月31日，在 2023中國（溫州）預製菜產業大會開幕式及專場推介有關活動上，溫州市現代集團聯合社會資本、銀行機構，成功簽約溫州市預製菜產業投資基金正式合作協議。 據介紹，該基金總投資規模50億元，其中溫州市現代集團直投7億元，上海萬蝶閣直投3億元，浙商銀行、中國農業銀行、中信銀行、招商銀行等銀行投貸聯動規模40億元；基金期限8年，其中投資期4年，退出期4年。該基金將遵循市場化導向開展創業投資、股權投資等，以註冊地在溫州的預製菜企業爲主要投資對象，比例不低於70%，特別是本地預製菜產業龍頭企業及具有品牌影響力和具備良好經濟效益的企業。同時，將針對一些有技術、有市場潛力，但受限於資金積累等種子期、中早期的創業項目，充分利用合作基金管理機構專業風控能力推動社會資本參與，實現資本與項目有效對接，爲國有企業市場化改革探索破題，加快推進溫州預製菜產業鏈佈局。 來源：溫州市現代集團 獲取更多LP資訊，來👉VC情報局 https://vc.pedaily.cn/lp/index
