貨拉拉遞表港交所，爲全球最大物流交易平臺
3月28日，貨拉拉正式遞表港交所申請上市，上市主體名稱爲“拉拉科技”（英文名：Lalatech）。
招股書顯示，其全平臺收入由2020年的5.29億美元增至2022年的10.36億美元，年複合增長率爲39.9%，2022年實現盈利。2022年其全球貨運GTV達67.15億美元，據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，按2022年上半年閉環GTV計，貨拉拉是全球最大的物流交易平臺。
