朗科科技出資3000 萬，投了新意資本
投資界-解碼LP消息，8月21日，朗科科技發佈公告，公司擬參與認購共青城新意睿安投資合夥企業份額，並與其他合夥人簽署相關《合夥協議》。合夥企業的普通合夥人及基金管理人爲新意資本基金管理（深圳）有限公司。
公司作爲有限合夥人，以自有資金 3000 萬元認購對應的出資額。
據悉，深圳市朗科科技股份有限公司是全球閃存應用領域產品與解決方案提供商，通過核心技術及自主創新能力實現了多元化和有序擴張，目前產品已經覆蓋SSD固態存儲、DDR內存、嵌入式存儲和移動存儲等領域。
新意資本基金管理（深圳）有限公司成立於2011年，是一家專業從事資產管理、融資服務及私募基金業務的公司。投資方向主要以節能環保、新能源、醫療、科技智能、工業4.0、軍工和文化等行業爲核心投資領域，系統開發和深度發掘項目資源，打造高成長性投資併購項目。
