復星宣佈將起訴彭博社

中新經緯9月15日電15日，就彭博新聞社相關報道嚴重失實一事，復星表示將向法院提起訴訟。
9月13日，彭博新聞社發表題爲《中國監管部門要求銀行和部分國企摸底與復星系企業往來敞口》的報道。報道稱“知情人士稱，中國銀保監會近期要求商業銀行摸底復星集團的債務敞口”，並表示“知情人士不願具名，因未獲授權發表評論”。
對此，復星9月14日已公開回應表示，經多個渠道向監管機構求證，中國銀保監會未要求商業銀行摸底復星的財務敞口，與復星合作的多家商業銀行從未收到相關通知。
復星認爲，彭博新聞社所謂“監管部門要求摸底復星”純屬子虛烏有，相關報道嚴重背離事實，在境內外大範圍傳播後，嚴重誤導投資者，引起市場異常波動，對復星的企業正常經營和聲譽造成重大影響，對復星和廣大投資者造成重大損失。
復星表示，針對彭博新聞社的失實報道及侵權行爲，復星已準備訴狀，將向法院提起訴訟，堅決追究其法律責任，以正視聽，並堅決捍衛自身一切合法權益。
復星國際8月30日發佈2022年中期業績，公司上半年總收入達人民幣828.9億元，同比增長17.7%，各項業務平穩運行。
