總規模超15億，上汽集團參設一支產業基金

投資界-解碼LP消息，11月3日，上汽集團（600104.SH）發佈公告稱，近日，公司收到通知，南京雋弘天印股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）已在中國證券投資基金業協會完成備案。 關於該基金的情況，可以追溯到9月。9月24日，上汽集團發佈公告，公司子公司上汽金控擬與高新區科創投、恆屹尚共同出資設立“南京雋弘天印股權投資合夥企業（有限合夥）”，其中上汽金控認繳出資14億元。 基金總規模15.51 億元，主要投資於新能源汽車、充電換電、燃料電池、智能出行、綠色出行等領域及其產業鏈上下游。 上海汽車集團股份有限公司是國內規模領先的汽車上市公司，主要業務包括整車（含乘用車、商用車）的研發、生產和銷售，正積極推進新能源汽車、互聯網汽車的商業化，並開展智能駕駛等技術的研究和產業化探索。
