歐委會以法律途徑督促歐盟11國完成禁塑令立法
據財聯社消息，歐盟委員會當地時間29日分別向11個歐盟成員國發送了理由意見書（reasoned opinions）或正式通知函，起因是他們未能在規定時間內完成歐盟《一次性塑料製品條例》在本國的立法。11個成員國需在兩個月內作出迴應，否則或將面臨進一步處理或金融制裁。
據悉，11個成員國中，比利時、愛沙尼亞、愛爾蘭、克羅地亞、拉脫維亞、波蘭、葡萄牙、斯洛文尼亞和芬蘭等9國已在今年1月份收到過歐委會正式通知函，但仍未採取有效措施。因此，歐委會決定再次發送理由意見書，並表示若未能在兩個月內得到實質性迴應，則可能訴至歐盟法院，並建議對所涉成員國實施金融制裁。
