隱瞞行程、代做核酸，6人被刑事立案偵查！

警情通報
10月1日，我局查獲一起涉嫌妨害傳染病防治案件。經查，9月28日，鄧某輝、胡某有、胡某強等三人從外省高風險地區返昌，在明知我市防疫政策的情況下，故意隱瞞行程，分別讓其親屬鄧某強、李某金、萬某羣等三人代做核酸檢測。後鄧某輝確診感染新冠病毒,造成嚴重疫情傳播風險隱患。
目前，上述人員均已落實隔離管控措施。我局以涉嫌妨害傳染病防治罪，對上述6名涉案人員刑事立案偵查。
警方提示，南昌疫情防控成果來之不易，需要廣大市民自覺遵守防疫相關規定，積極配合疾控流調、入昌報備等工作。對違反相關法律規定造成疫情傳播風險的，警方將依法嚴厲打擊。
