市場監管總局持續加強雪糕產品質量安全監管
入夏以來，市場監管總局要求各地市場監管部門加強對雪糕等冷凍飲品的監管，進一步加大對雪糕生產經營企業的監督檢查和雪糕產品的監督抽檢力度。據初步統計，2022年上半年，各級市場監管部門共組織監督抽檢3137批次雪糕產品，檢驗項目包括蛋白質、甜蜜素、糖精鈉、阿斯巴甜、菌落總數、大腸菌羣、沙門氏菌、單增李斯特菌等。其中，檢出不合格樣品15批次（見附件），不合格項目爲菌落總數、大腸菌羣、單增李斯特菌和蛋白質。抽檢不合格的主要原因，是生產加工過程衛生條件控制不到位，或者產品在運輸、貯存、銷售環節不規範操作引起的微生物污染。對發現問題的企業和不合格產品，屬地市場監管部門均已依法處置。
